jordan-yes it has then powder coated charge-i took the picture few seconds after i built it.just put tires on to make it look complete so tires were not pumped lol

ofer me mate and the spokes can b any and i gt the holes wrong the hub and the rim has to b the same amount off spokes in my case they are 36 hole
